Welcome to A* Quiz, an online platform designed to provide students with access to a wide range of quizzes across various school subjects. Our services include both free access and premium paid services, which offer an enhanced user experience, including unlimited quizzes and detailed statistics.

By accessing or using A* Quiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

As part of your membership, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, SMS and via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms, for updates, service information, and promotional messages. You acknowledge that you have the option to manage your communication preferences directly within your account settings on A* Quiz at any time.

We offer two types of memberships: Free and Premium. Premium membership provides additional features, such as removal of quiz-taking limits and access to detailed statistics, for a fee.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, A* Quiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

You agree not to use the website to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the website.
• Post or transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

Premium services are available on a subscription basis. The subscription fee is billed in advance on a periodic basis and is non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

A* Quiz does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You agree that from time to time, we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall A* Quiz, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
